From July 31 to August 2, 2026, the “Fayne Misto” festival took place at Arena Lviv—the largest music event in western Ukraine, which brings together tens of thousands of music lovers, freedom seekers, and thrill-seekers every year. This year’s festival was also special for Organica, as it marked the restaurant’s first participation in an event of this scale.
Amid dozens of food courts, concert stages, and a constant stream of guests, Organica introduced something that had previously been unique to the festival: modern plant-based cuisine. What’s more, the restaurant was the only vegan establishment in the entire “Fayne Misto” festival area, offering thousands of people a fresh perspective on familiar foods.
Throughout three action-packed festival days, the Organica team worked at the food court next to the Light Stage, where they welcomed thousands of guests every day. For some, it was a long-awaited opportunity to find wholesome plant-based food amid the festival’s diverse offerings, while for others, it was their first introduction to the world of vegan cuisine.
Our main mission wasn’t just to treat guests to delicious dishes, but to demonstrate through our own example that plant-based cuisine is nutritious, diverse, and incredibly delicious—regardless of a person’s everyday eating habits.
One of the most popular activities was the tasting. Festival guests could sample seitan rolls and Bolognese—dishes specially prepared by the Organica team to introduce visitors to plant-based cuisine in the most accessible and engaging way possible—free of charge.
The guests’ reactions were often the same: surprise, curiosity, and genuine excitement. Many were trying seitan-based dishes for the first time and noted that its texture and taste were surprisingly similar to familiar meat dishes. These tastings became small revelations for hundreds of people and helped break down common stereotypes about plant-based cuisine.
The guests were particularly drawn to the signature date candies, which the Organica team prepares by hand every day using natural ingredients. These were offered to festival visitors, providing not just a sweet treat but a small glimpse into the restaurant’s philosophy—natural, healthy, and made with love. This small, sweet gift served as a delightful symbol of hospitality and left behind dozens of genuine smiles, photos, reviews, and posts on social media.

The festival became not only a place for tastings but also a venue for lively interaction with guests. The team answered dozens of questions about plant-based cuisine, introduced visitors to the restaurant’s concept, and shared the story behind Organica’s creation.
To ensure this event didn’t end with the festival, anyone who wanted one could receive a gift card for a free meal at the restaurant. The promotion will run through the end of August and served as a wonderful invitation to continue getting to know the restaurant at 73A Shevchenko Street.
Another highlight was Organica’s participation in an internal raffle among food court vendors. As a result, the restaurant received a promotional announcement from the festival stage—a wonderful opportunity to introduce itself to thousands of people at once and to make an even stronger statement about modern plant-based cuisine.
The team has particularly fond memories of meeting Ukrainian musicians. During the festival, Organica treated the performers and their crews to dates and its own dishes. Among the restaurant’s guests were Monokate, Brykulets, Kazhanna, and Rome.
These encounters quickly turned into genuine culinary curiosity. The artists not only sampled the dishes but also ordered them along with drinks right there at the festival, discovering new flavors and combinations for themselves.

The greatest reward for the team wasn’t numbers or statistics, but the genuine emotions of the guests.
Particularly touching were the encounters with many vegans who were genuinely delighted that the festival finally had a place where they could enjoy a full meal. One of the phrases that stuck with the team the most was:
“Thank you for being here—now we’ll have something to eat.”
It was precisely these simple words that once again confirmed just how important Organica’s presence at the festival was.
That said, the feedback from people who don’t follow a plant-based diet was also a pleasant surprise. Many guests noted the rich flavors of the dishes, the interesting combinations of ingredients, the varied menu, and the team’s professional service. For many, this was their first experience with plant-based cuisine, and it exceeded their expectations.

The festival ended on August 2, and the very next day, Organica welcomed its first guests who had discovered the restaurant at “Fayne Misto.” Some came to use the gift card they received at the festival, some remembered the restaurant after the announcement from the stage, and others simply wanted to taste once again the incredibly delicious dishes that had made such a strong impression.
Organica’s first participation in “Fayne Misto” became a true story of courage, openness to new experiences, and belief in our own vision. It was a major challenge, a valuable experience, and another important step in the restaurant’s development.
Over the course of three days, the team met thousands of people, conducted hundreds of tastings, shared countless heartfelt moments, and proved once again that plant-based cuisine can captivate, amaze, and win over absolutely everyone.
That is precisely why this festival was not the end for Organica, but rather the beginning of a new phase. The team is already making ambitious plans to participate in other large-scale events in Ukraine so that even more people can discover modern plant-based cuisine and see for themselves that it can be healthy, diverse, and incredibly delicious.
