These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the website https://organica.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by Organica (hereinafter “We”, “Our Restaurant”, or “Administration”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

- provide information about the restaurant’s menu, services, and location;
- accept online orders;
- share news, promotions, and upcoming events;

- By placing an order for Goods by any available method, the User agrees to the terms governing order placement and the sale of Goods as established by the Seller.
- The terms of sale of the Goods, as well as all information about the Goods presented on the Website, constitute a public offer.
- The User confirms acceptance of these terms by selecting the checkbox "I agree to these terms" during registration on the Website and when placing an Order.
- IMPORTANT: The Buyer bears full responsibility for providing inaccurate or incomplete information when placing an Order, which may result in the Seller’s inability to properly fulfill its obligations.
- In most cases, each item of Goods presented on the Website is accompanied by a photograph. Such photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual appearance of the Goods.
- Certain Goods may be accompanied by descriptions and/or specifications that are not exhaustive and may contain minor inaccuracies. For further details regarding any Goods, the Buyer is advised to contact customer support at +380 63 787 17 77.
- As a general rule, the Goods presented on the Website are in stock. However, if Goods ordered by the Buyer are unavailable at the time of order fulfillment, the Seller reserves the right to exclude such Goods from the Order and/or cancel the Order, with notice provided to the Buyer via email or telephone.
- In the event of full or partial cancellation of a prepaid Order, the Seller shall refund the cost of the canceled Goods to the Buyer using a method agreed upon by the parties via telephone or email.
- The Seller undertakes all reasonable legal measures to maintain the availability of the Goods listed on the Website.
4. Delivery
- Available delivery methods and applicable fees are specified on the Website at the checkout page.
- Delivery is provided as a separate service by the Seller and does not constitute an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer.
- Delivery of Goods is available only within the territory of Ukraine.

- All payments between the Parties shall be made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
- The price of each item of Goods is indicated on the Website.
- The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of Goods unilaterally at any time; however, such changes shall not affect Orders already placed by the Buyer.
- The Seller may, at its discretion, apply discounts or promotional offers to certain Goods. Discounted prices are displayed on the Website.
- The Buyer shall pay for the Order using one of the payment methods available on the Website, at their discretion.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection." A return may be requested within 14 days of purchase (excluding the date of purchase), provided that the following conditions are met:
- the Goods have not been used
- the original packaging and complete set are intact
- proof of purchase is provided
- the Goods are not included in the list of non-returnable items approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1994)
Refunds shall be issued using one of the following methods: refund to a bank card, postal transfer, or cash payment at the Seller’s office at the address specified on the Website in the "Contacts" section. The refund method shall be agreed upon between the Buyer and the Seller via telephone or email.
